Nanit is seeking an HR Director to manage all aspects of human resources, aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a culture of innovation.

In Short

Develop and execute HR strategies supporting business goals.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
Manage compensation and benefits programs.
Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership.
Monitor and cultivate employee engagement.
Coach and mentor managers in HR challenges.
Own the full employee lifecycle.
Identify and address organizational needs.
Lead and mentor the HR team in Israel.

Requirements

7+ years of HR experience in a startup environment.
Strong understanding of HR best practices in Israel.
Ability to build trust with leadership teams.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
