Luxury Product Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Luxury Product Consultant is responsible for providing high quality customer care to create a positive experience for customers and consumers, managing inbound calls and emails regarding product questions, troubleshooting needs, and warranty support.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years experience in a contact center or customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
• Ability to thrive in a focused, high-observation work environment.
• Positive approach and teamwork skills.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior ERP experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English and French is a plus.
