Product Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Product Consultant to implement and support our mortgage and savings solutions, ensuring our clients maximize the functionality available to achieve optimal efficiencies.

In Short

• Implement and support mortgage and savings solutions.
• Work hybrid: 2 office days per week.
• Salary range: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum.
• Understand and refine client business processes.
• Become a subject matter expert in SBS products.
• Document configuration requirements and technical solutions.
• Consult on data models and external integrations.
• Follow defined consultancy methodology.
• Provide knowledge transfer to customers and colleagues.
• Work with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in software solutions or implementation projects.
• Experience with large scale data and systems migration.
• Confidence in client-facing roles.
• Good knowledge of relational databases, including SQL.
• Understanding of APIs, Web services, and Cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of UK mortgage and savings operations is advantageous.
