Overview

The Luxury Product Consultant is responsible for providing high quality customer care to create a positive experience for customers and consumers, requiring the ability to manage inbound calls and emails in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years experience in a contact center or customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word.
• Ability to thrive in a focused, low mobility work environment.
• Positive approach and flexibility in teamwork.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior ERP experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English and French is a plus.
