Overview

The Luxury Product Consultant is responsible for providing high quality customer care to create a positive experience for customers and consumers in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years experience in customer service required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and teamwork are essential.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior ERP experience preferred.
