Overview

The Luxury Product Consultant is responsible for providing high quality customer care to create a positive experience for customers and consumers, managing inbound calls and emails with product questions, troubleshooting needs, and warranty support.

Requirements

  • High desire to interact with and provide luxury service to customers.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient PC skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a focused work environment.
  • Flexibility and teamwork skills.
  • Prior ERP experience preferred.
