• Assess and resolve customer issues related to insurance coverage, complaints, and payments.
• Coordinate onboarding documents for insurance sales finalization.
• Apply problem-solving skills to navigate complex insurance workflows.
• Verify customer coverage and resolve billing issues.
• Assist in developing new processes for customer onboarding and retention.
• Resolve customer and carrier complaints effectively.
• Educate customers on maintaining stable insurance coverage.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Support via phone, email, and chat.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Well-organized and self-driven.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Must be located in specific US states.
