In Short

• Develop customer journey maps and identify engagement opportunities.
• Plan and analyze A/B tests across Email and SMS.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in lifecycle or retention marketing, preferably in auto insurance or financial services.
• Experience in designing impactful experiments.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Expertise in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Braze and Salesforce).
• Detail-oriented with a creative, customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
