Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • High-speed Wi-Fi connection and backup internet source.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in the tire or automotive industry is a plus.
  • Available during business hours, scheduled for 5 days per week.
  • Positive and collaborative team player.
