Requirements

  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • 0-2 years of related experience; contact center experience preferred.
  • Ability to type 35 wpm or more.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under supervision.
  • Must be able to work overtime as required.
  • Must have a high-speed internet connection.
  • Must have a dedicated work area for privacy.
  • Must attend training on camera for the first 30 days.
