  • Must live in Maine and meet specific work from home requirements.
  • Attend training sessions on camera for the first 30 days.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Ability to work independently under supervision.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills needed.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • 0-2 years of related experience.
  • 6+ months of contact center or customer service experience.
  • Typing speed of 35 wpm or more.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Must provide proof of internet speed and have a dedicated work area.
  • Work overtime as required.
  • All documentation in English.
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously.
