Overview

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing support to clients and handling escalated calls while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

In Short

  • Provide TruBridge Contact Center Support to clients.
  • Handle patient escalated calls with proficiency in de-escalation techniques.
  • Work directly in multiple client systems.
  • Communicate effectively across various channels including Web Chat.
  • Mentor new employees for success within their first 60 days.
  • Develop proficiency in AR Management procedures as directed by management.
  • Maintain strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Act independently as well as collaborate with team members.
  • Must be detail-oriented and follow through on issues to resolution.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
