Overview

The Customer Success Consultant is responsible for collaborating and communicating with TruBridge clients to ensure a successful client experience, focusing on understanding their data, goals, challenges, and key business drivers.

In Short

  • Maintain and manage relationships with multiple clients.
  • Collaborate with other business units to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a point of contact for all customers.
  • Ensure communication between client and internal teams.
  • Address customer emails within 24 hours.
  • Facilitate project plan timelines and communicate with customers.
  • Drive process improvements and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Provide high-level customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Perform additional projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
  • Professional demeanor and strong organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to follow through on issues.
  • Ability to act independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 4+ years of client/account management experience.
  • General understanding of project management procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
