Overview

The Customer Success Consultant is accountable for our clients' adoption of our growing suite of SaaS solutions and services across client segment tiers, driving visible value aligned with our clients' business outcomes. You will act as a powerful client advocate, providing exceptional customer service for high-quality civic and citizen experiences.

In Short

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of clients through the customer journey.
  • Act as an interface among sales, implementation, and support.
  • Advise customers on best practices of Granicus products.
  • Build strong relationships through engagement and communication plans.
  • Analyze client usage data to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Sales for territory expansion plans.
  • Contribute to strategic upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
  • Maintain knowledge of product policies and industry developments.
  • Monitor and optimize customer health scores.
  • Follow standardized operating procedures for workflow optimization.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong appetite for analytics and data-driven advancement.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for client relationships.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to thrive in a proactive environment.
  • Experience with public sector organizations preferred.
  • Change management experience valued.
