Overview

Granicus is looking for a skilled Product Manager with a deep interest in software and its ability to impact global democracy, citizen engagement, and increased government transparency.

• Manage the long-term product vision and translate that vision into actionable plans.
• Develop and execute specific product features from ideation to implementation.
• Prioritize product deliverables against competing high-value features.
• Utilize data-driven insights to deliver appropriate product scope.
• Communicate, present, and sell ideas to senior executives.
• Ensure features drive high adoption and customer enthusiasm.
• Facilitate ideation through user outreach and feedback analysis.
• Establish shared vision across the company for product execution.
• Support a team of engineers, product owners, and designers.
• Engage with customers and serve as their voice internally.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a product management or product design role.
• Experience delivering high-quality technology products/services.
• Success working in an agile environment.
• Excellent organizational and quantitative analytical skills.
• Technical depth to understand engineers.
• Ability to break long-term vision into manageable deliverables.
• Strong facilitation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with usability testing and client interviews.
• SalesForce, Aha, Pendo, PowerBI, and JIRA experience is desirable.
