Overview

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders on all people-related matters while coaching and developing business teams to help them achieve business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in HRBP or HR roles.
  • Experience in Employee Relations and HR investigations.
  • Ability to consult and influence senior leaders.
  • Knowledge of HR regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in ANZ employment law preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.
