Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on people-related matters, drive talent management initiatives, and support performance management, specifically focusing on the ANZ region.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of experience in HRBP or equivalent role.
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR investigations.
• Ability to influence senior leaders.
• Knowledge of state and federal HR regulations.
• Expertise in ANZ employment law preferred.
• HR certification is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
