Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our portfolio companies across the West region. The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR leader with the ability to align HR initiatives to business objectives in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HRBP experience in private equity or accounting.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Ability to influence and partner with business leaders.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial organizations.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
