Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in high-tech environments.
• Experience in global companies, fluent in English; Hebrew is an advantage.
• Strong expertise in organizational development.
• Proficiency in metrics and analytics.
• Knowledge of local and global labor laws.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative and innovative mindset.
• Ability to adapt to new trends and challenges.
• BSc in Behavioral Science or related field; MA preferred.
