Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience with growth in scope.
• 2+ years in an HR Business Partner role preferred.
• Experience in performance management and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws.
• Experience working with senior leaders.
• Strategic understanding of business and talent needs.
• Strong team player with a bias to action.
• Creativity in generating new ideas.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and recommend solutions.
