As a Software Engineer at RVO Health, you will work on the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge software solutions, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience. In Short

• Work on the development lifecycle of our software products, from conception and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Implement scalable, high-performance software systems that meet the unique requirements of Medicare plan comparison and enrollment.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that exceed user expectations.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on building consumer-facing applications.
• 2+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript technologies.
• 2+ years of experience integrating with GraphQL and/or REST APIs.
• Experience with React, NextJS, Tailwind, CSS, HTML, Git, Node.
• Experience with writing unit tests and end-to-end automation tests.
• Good understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
