Based on our company growth and recent acquisitions we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This person will be responsible for the financial accounting and analysis for multiple RVO Health's high growth business units. This position will have an immediate impact on RVO Health's business units and daily exposure to our executive leadership team.

In Short

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Support the month-end close processes through collaborating with business leaders and preparing monthly journal entries
Collaborate closely with our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) counterparts and assist with monthly financial analyses and reviews of results
Partner with additional portions of the accounting team, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Procurement teams to ensure accurate subledger to general ledger reporting and operations
Identify and support process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounting team
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements
Assist with the annual financial statement audit as needed
Support strategic business initiatives by providing financial expertise and guidance as needed

Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience and demonstrable success as indicated by progressively more responsible roles
Industry financial accounting experience, corporate accounting, or public accounting experience
Knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with GAAP on accounting standards such as ASC 606, ASC 805, ASC 350 and other technical topics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel
Experience with Oracle Fusion is a plus
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
