Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner position supports client groups within Enova and works closely with management and employees by providing hands-on and strategic input on people-related issues.

Requirements

• 1 or more years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting management and employees in an hourly population.
• Experience with HRIS or HCM systems.
• Ability to interpret and apply laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for handling relationships.
