Collections & Recovery Representative - Remote

Overview

As a Collections & Recovery Representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer balances by effectively communicating with customers and managing difficult situations with empathy and respect.

Requirements

• 2+ years of collections experience.

• Experience with collection systems and automated dialers.
• Basic knowledge of collection laws (FDCPA, TCPA).
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
