The Collections Representative II is responsible for managing advanced delinquent accounts, focusing on loss mitigation and asset recovery while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with consumer collections, particularly auto-loans is preferred.
