The Patient Account Representative - Collections provides administrative support to the collections operations, ensuring timely receipt of claim payments and minimizing bad debt accrual while delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 1 - 2 years of related experience.
  • General computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management.
