As a Collections Representative I, you will manage delinquent accounts by contacting members and negotiating repayment options while providing exceptional member service.

Requirements

• 1+ years in customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills in verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual - Spanish (nice to have).
• 1+ years in Consumer Collections (nice to have).
