Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic and operational partner to business and functional leaders, enabling them to translate strategy into action through effective organizational design, talent development, and leadership coaching.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • 3+ years in an HRBP role.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders.
  • Strong understanding of talent development and organizational design.
  • Ability to provide data-driven insights.
  • Experience in change management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to coach and develop leaders.
  • Experience in healthcare or healthtech is a plus.
  • Experience in a hyper-growth environment is an advantage.
