Overview

Gravie is seeking an ICHRA Compliance Analyst to manage compliance support for their Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Account line of business, overseeing regulatory filings and providing expertise in health plan compliance.

In Short

• Manage regulatory calendar and filings for Gravie and clients.
• Lead preparation and submission of compliance reports.
• Perform monitoring of healthcare legislation and regulatory changes.
• Provide compliance guidance to business partners.
• Support production and review of plan documents for regulatory adherence.
• Conduct risk-based oversight audits and analyze compliance data.
• Maintain documentation related to oversight tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enforce compliance policies.
• Provide expertise on state-based compliance requirements.
• Ensure operational readiness for new regulations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a regulated industry.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in compliance or related fields.
• Ability to develop and implement policies.
• Proven project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with health plan compliance frameworks is a plus.
• Experience with SOC compliance preparation is a plus.
• Healthcare or financial services experience is a plus.
