Compliance Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Compliance Analyst will support the CRCO for the US Bank regarding its Compliance Program, focusing on AML and OFAC compliance. This role involves interactions with Federal and State bank examiners and will help shape the future roadmap of the compliance program.

In Short

• Support the compliance operations of the commercial bank.
• Perform Compliance Risk Assessments.
• Develop Compliance Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Manage the Compliance Testing team.
• Prepare reports on compliance exceptions.
• Lead AML and OFAC risk assessment processes.
• Engage with Risk, Operations, and Audit teams.
• Manage the lifecycle of AML and OFAC risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance requirements are met prior to product launches.
• Work under the guidance of the experienced CRCO.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial banking.
• Deep knowledge of banking compliance requirements.
• Understanding of payment rails like SWIFT & Fedwire.
• Knowledge of CDD and EDD requirements.
• Experience in compliance testing and reporting.
• Proven ability to develop compliance processes.
• Experience in fast-paced environments.
• Background in working with financial institutions.
