Senior Operations Associate - Remote

Overview

The Senior Operations Associate at Moneycorp is responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of global wire and ACH payments, ensuring compliance with sanctions policies and internal controls.

In Short

• Support end-to-end payment operations for wire and transfers.
• Investigate and resolve payment-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage operational processes and uphold service standards.
• Provide guidance and support to the Operations team.
• Conduct root-cause analyses for operational integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
• Track and report on operational metrics.
• Assist with training less experienced associates.
• Participate in project work and system testing.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in foreign exchange or international payments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven experience in Back Office/Operations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AI tools.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for customer service and teamwork.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze datasets and monitor payment activity.
• Clear communicator, both written and verbal.
