Overview

The FIG Compliance Quality Assurance Executive will support the FIG Quality Assurance Function by overseeing and monitoring activities carried out by FIG Compliance, ensuring adherence to standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct Quality Assurance reviews on FIG Compliance work.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in compliance activities.
• Perform Customer Risk Assessments and account reviews.
• Complete compliance meeting reports and transaction monitoring.
• Maintain accurate record-keeping in CRM systems.
• Conduct post-account review checks for compliance.
• Assess updates related to OFAC requirements.
• Review declined or suspended account decisions.
• Work in a collaborative team environment.
• Utilize strong attention to detail in compliance tasks.

Requirements

• Early-career professional with exposure to assurance or AML/CTF compliance.
• Knowledge of AML rules on ID & V.
• Experience in a Quality Assurance team.
• Familiarity with Compliance Operations procedures.
• Experience in transactional monitoring activities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
• IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
• Professional and approachable demeanor.
• Motivated with a strong personal drive.
