Overview

The External Audit & Quality Assurance Compliance Analyst supports the organization’s compliance program by coordinating external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and providing timely response. This role is critical in monitoring and improving the health plan’s operational processes, compliance with federal and state regulations, and readiness for external evaluations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or similar required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare compliance.
• Experience with regulatory external audits preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or Tableau.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
