Intrahealth is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to help us solve client business challenges and generate elated end-users of our product. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on software requirements and specifications.
• Execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and usability.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards and best practices.
• Prepare detailed test reports and documentation for management and stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in software testing.
• 2+ years of industry experience required.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
• Basic scripting or coding skills are preferred.

• BSc/BA or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated practical knowledge of modern tools and best practices.
• Eager to explore new tools and techniques.
• Ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Results-driven, actively works towards automating testing processes.
• Nice to haves: CI/CD process improvement experience.
• Experience with Windows apps or Electronic Medical Record software.
