Overview

The Clinical Value Analysis Program Manager guides the review and selection of products, services, and technology based on cost, quality, and patient outcome data at Boston Medical Center.

  • Oversee review of new product requests and conduct cost analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • License to practice as a Registered Nurse required.
  • 5+ years of patient care experience in a hospital setting.
  • 2+ years of experience in value analysis or strategic sourcing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to achieve results through influence and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of materials management and vendor management.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven recommendations.
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.
