Requirements

• Master's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in managed care.
• Strong knowledge of operational and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in clinical programs development and data analysis.
• Clinical license preferred (e.g., RN, LCSW, etc.).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in project management and implementation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of healthcare policies.
• Experience in managing provider engagement.
