Overview

The Innovation Program Manager will play a key role in advancing food waste solutions by managing programs and projects that support food waste solution providers.

• Manage ReFED’s Solution Provider Services and support organizations in scaling their impact.
• Organize master classes and cohort-based programs for emerging solution providers.
• Gather data to connect solution providers with funders and customers.
• Support the ReFED Catalytic Grant Fund by managing grantee portfolios.
• Facilitate quarterly calls with grantees and monitor non-financial support.
• Provide operational support for Innovation Services and conduct landscape analyses.
• Deliver tailored support to help food waste solution providers scale their businesses.
• Ensure smooth coordination and effective outcomes in program execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accelerator programs, innovation programs, or impact investing.
• Strong expertise in business and growth strategy.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience in managing multiple projects effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis and applying insights to improve programs.
