Overview

The Finance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity and operational efficiency of ReFED, managing day-to-day accounting and financial processes for the organization.

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial processes.
• Maintain accurate financial data in NetSuite.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll.
• Support annual budgeting and financial reporting.
• Manage vendor contracts and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of nonprofit finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite and Excel.
• Experience with grant reporting and audits.
• Understanding of GAAP/GAAS standards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative team player.
