Overview

HealthMerch seeks a Financial Manager to own finances end-to-end, bringing clarity, discipline, and control to the financial side of the business.

In Short

• Own the full month-end close and ensure the books are accurate, clean, and timely.
• Tighten AR so invoices don’t drift, collections stay consistent, and cash stays healthy.
• Keep AP organized, manage vendor payments, and maintain strong relationships.
• Reconcile everything - ERP, banks, credit cards, processors - catching issues early.
• Create daily visibility into AR/AP/cash for leadership.
• Fix broken processes inside our ERP and clean up workflows.
• Improve margin clarity to protect profitability.
• Build simple forecasting and cash-flow insights over time.
• Coach and support the finance coordinator.
• Document and optimize processes for predictable finance systems.

Requirements

• Experience in financial management and accounting.
• Strong understanding of AR/AP processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems.
• Ability to analyze financial data and create reports.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills.
