In Short

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes.
• Build financial and decision-making models.
• Provide financial commentaries and presentations.
• Drive development and management of financial operations.
• Support business objectives through analysis.
• Partner with the executive team on financial deliverables.
• Develop and mentor the Senior Financial Analyst.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 6+ years of finance experience.
• 1+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with SQL strongly preferred.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Mode, Looker, Power BI.
• Expert-level modeling and Excel skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
