In Short

• Developing and maintaining financial models for reporting and planning.
• Managing annual planning and budget processes.
• Owning commissions and bonus calculation for the GTM team.
• Collaborating on month-end close and reporting.
• Preparing budget vs. actual variance analysis.
• Tracking SaaS metrics to drive performance.
• Supporting financial objectives through cross-functional collaboration.
• Preparing Board materials and presentations.
• Performing ad hoc analysis for various teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• 3-6+ years of experience in corporate finance or consulting.
• Experience in a SaaS environment.
• Expert-level modeling and Excel skills.
• Proactive and highly organized.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with all levels of individuals.
