In Short

• Owning the full lifecycle of marketing design work, from kickoff and brief clarification to final delivery across multiple channels.
• Translating marketing objectives, messaging, and constraints into strong visual solutions.
• Designing and delivering assets across a wide range of touchpoints.
• Adapting and scaling creative across formats, sizes, and platforms while maintaining consistency and quality.
• Collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and other teams to align on goals, priorities, and timelines.
• Ensuring strong adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Using AI-powered tools to support creative exploration, image generation, video creation, and production efficiency.
• Acting as a reliable, autonomous design partner who can manage ambiguity and trade-offs with minimal supervision.
• Contributing to the evolution and continuous improvement of marketing design assets, templates, libraries, and workflows.
• Collaborating closely with design peers to ensure consistency and quality across marketing design work.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or campaign design.
• Proven experience working with high autonomy in fast-paced environments.
• Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy, color).
• Experience designing for multiple channels and formats (digital, social, web, print, events, video).
• Strong experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
• Experience using AI-powered creative tools for image and video generation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong portfolio showcasing marketing or campaign work.
