In Short

• Design compelling marketing assets for digital campaigns, email, social media, and landing pages.
• Develop engaging motion graphics for product tutorials, ads, and social content.
• Create and maintain interactive and static assets using Figma.
• Curate and edit photography to support marketing initiatives.
• Enhance and retouch images for digital and print platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams.
• Align with marketing to optimize assets for engagement.
• Maintain brand consistency by evolving Nav’s design system.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in marketing or advertising design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing motion, digital, and editorial work.
• Experience owning creative projects from start to finish.
• Expert-level Figma skills.
• Proficiency in motion graphics using After Effects or similar tools.
• Strong photography and photo editing skills.
• Ability to lead projects independently.
• Clear communication and storytelling skills.
