Overview

As the first in-house Senior Marketing Designer at Eve, you will be responsible for owning and elevating the visual identity of the brand across various marketing channels, contributing to the overall marketing strategy.

• Lead the visual development of integrated marketing campaigns.
• Own and evolve the visual identity system across all marketing channels.
• Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual assets.
• Contribute strong copywriting and collaborate on design and messaging.
• Design and optimize landing pages for conversion and aesthetics.
• Create visuals for case studies, pitch decks, and one-pagers.
• Collaborate with various teams and external partners.
• Stay updated on design trends to enhance brand expression.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a marketing, brand, or visual designer.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficient in web design platforms, preferably Webflow.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and performance.
• Understanding of brand, UX, and growth design.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: experience with motion design, illustration, or light front-end development.
