Rocket Lawyer is seeking a Digital Marketing Designer/Senior Digital Marketing Designer to help evolve our digital acquisition and retention experiences and deliver against our critical business priorities.

• Design cohesive, scalable, and brand-aligned acquisition and retention experiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing creative team on innovative marketing campaigns.
• Oversee creation and optimization of Meta and Google Ads, email/sms campaigns.
• Work with development teams to deliver modular, scalable CMS components.
• Stay updated with trends in digital marketing and brand design.
• Leverage user research to improve the end-to-end experience.
• Use behavioral data analysis tools to analyze user behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create multi-channel marketing programs.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, designing creative that drives engagement.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative campaigns.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent understanding of branding and digital marketing concepts.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
