Digital Marketing Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced, talented, and proactive Digital Marketing Designer to join our dynamic Marketing team at Zable (Lendable). You will have a broad scope, covering all aspects of design related to our direct advertising and organic content.

In Short

• Collaborate with marketing and product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define campaign goals.
• Create static visuals for digital advertising and organic marketing campaigns.
• Conduct ongoing research to identify trends in marketing assets.
• Design and produce CRM/remarketing email templates.
• Develop engaging social media creatives.
• Maintain a consistent visual language across all marketing materials.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing design processes.
• Support with video editing.
• Conduct user research to gain insights into user needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of design work experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
• Experience in creating high performing designs for digital marketing.
• Ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced marketing landscape.
• Proficient in design tools (e.g., Adobe creative suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma).
• Experience with motion graphics is a plus.
• Friendly and approachable, able to give and take feedback well.
