Analytics Engineer - Remote

Overview

As an Analytics Engineer on our Growth team, you’ll play a key part in building the data foundations that drive our user acquisition and business partnerships across our credit card and personal loan products.

In Short

• Own external partner data reports critical for relationships with origination partners.
• Build and maintain DBT models for reliable datasets.
• Collaborate with analysts to design data models for easier reporting.
• Work with product and marketing teams for proper feature instrumentation.
• Investigate and fix analytics pipeline issues.
• Document data sources, models, and best practices.
• Learn from senior engineers and analysts.

Requirements

• Good SQL skills and some experience with data modeling.
• Familiarity with DBT or willingness to learn.
• Exposure to modern data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Analytical mindset for translating business questions into data solutions.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
