Requirements

• 6–8 years in PHP, with 2–3 years scaling large platforms.
• Mastery of PHP 8.0+ and frameworks like Symfony or Laravel.
• Experience with distributed, asynchronous systems.
• Hands-on skills in auto-scaling infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design and automated testing.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for learning.
• Experience with event-driven and message-driven systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of microservices and Site Reliability Engineering is desirable.
• Familiarity with AWS and CI/CD optimization.
• Success in cross-functional teams.
