HomeVision is streamlining the process of getting a mortgage by building automation-focused tools to improve document review quality and efficiency throughout the mortgage process. We’re a ~25-person team working to modernize one of the most important and frustrating financial processes people face.

In Short

• We’re looking for an Analytics Engineer to join as the second member of our data team.
• Ideal for someone with 1–2 years of analyst experience or a relevant master’s degree.
• Work with internal teams to gather requirements and enhance solutions.
• Build and maintain dbt models in our Redshift analytics environment.
• Ensure data pipelines are accurate, well-documented, and scalable.
• Provide tools to customers to help them reach their operational goals.
• Enhance the usability and feature set of customer-facing reporting tools.
• Partner with product, customer success, engineering, and leadership.
• Contribute to a data-driven culture by making metrics accessible.
• Must have proficiency in SQL and basic statistics knowledge.

Requirements

• Experience with data visualization or BI tools, preferably Streamlit.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset.
• Nice-to-haves include experience with dbt, Git, and Python.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Redshift and Snowflake.
