HomeVision is streamlining the process of getting a mortgage by building automation-focused tools to improve document review quality and efficiency throughout the mortgage process. We’re a ~25-person team working to modernize one of the most important and frustrating financial processes people face.

In Short

• We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our data team.
• This is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of analyst experience or a relevant master’s degree.
• You’ll work with internal teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Build and maintain dbt models in our Redshift analytics environment.
• Understand customer goals and enhance usability of our reporting tools.
• Partner closely with product, customer success, and engineering teams.
• Contribute to a data-driven culture by making metrics accessible.
• Proficiency in SQL and basic statistics knowledge is required.
• Experience with data visualization tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Requirements

• Must have proficiency in SQL.
• Basic knowledge of statistics.
• Experience with data visualization or BI tools, preferably Streamlit.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset.
• Nice-to-haves include familiarity with dbt and modern ETL.
• Experience with Git and Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses like Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery.
• Exposure to startup or SaaS environments is beneficial.
